AMR Detailing LLC – Terms and Conditions of Service

This Agreement outlines the obligations of AMR Detailing LLC (hereafter referred to as “AMR Detailing”, “contractor”, “technician”, “us”, “our”, or “we”) and you (the “Client”, “Customer”, or “you”) in connection with the services you purchase from us. By using our services, you agree to the full terms of this agreement without modification.

  1. Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Customers must remove all personal belongings, money, and valuables from their vehicle prior to service.
  • We do not guarantee exact appointment times. Detail durations are estimates and may vary based on the vehicle’s condition.
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Use any independent contractor to perform your service.
    • Change the assigned technician at short notice.
    • Modify bookings due to staffing, weather, or equipment issues without penalty.
  • Debit/credit card details may be required to secure your booking. Cards will be processed through HCP.
  • We are not liable for:
    • Damage or loss of personal items or the vehicle itself.
    • Property damage at the location of service.
    • Battery discharge during or after service (please inspect all lights post-service).
  • Orders require address, package, and condition verification. Services may be denied or canceled at AMR Detailing’s sole discretion.
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Refuse service.
    • Deny customer demands beyond the scope of booked services.
    • Take necessary action in the event of verbal or physical abuse toward our staff.

  1. Communications

  • You will receive emails and SMS messages to confirm bookings and gather feedback.
  • Your name, phone number, address, and vehicle details will be stored in our database.
  • We may contact you for customer service, scheduling, or quality surveys.
  • Calls may be recorded for quality assurance.

  1. Service Terms & Conditions

  • We may ask where you heard about us for marketing purposes.
  • A valid debit/credit card is required for recurring bookings; charges are made post-service.
  • We reserve the right to charge in full if the vehicle is unavailable at the time of service and the appointment was not properly canceled.

  1. Cancellation Policy

  • 72-hour notice is required to cancel a service without penalty.
  • Canceling within 72 hours or on the same day results in a loss of your non-refundable 15% deposit fee.
  • Appointments may be rescheduled due to staff availability, weather, or equipment issues.
  • Failure to be present at the time of service will also result in forfeiting your deposit.

  1. Service Guarantee

  • If we fail to meet the expected standards or miss part of the service, we may:
    • Redo the service.
    • Refund the uncompleted portion.
  • Unauthorized cleaning or repairs void this guarantee.
  • If you refuse a redo, the refund will be limited to 20% of the original service cost.
  • The guarantee does not apply to:
    • Biological waste, mold, chemical spills, or hazardous materials not disclosed at booking.
    • Services outside the original package or without authorization.
  • Payment is due upon completion. Non-payment voids all service guarantees.
  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of service by emailing amrdetailing2021@gmail.com with photo evidence within 24 hours of the claim.

  1. Feedback & Photo Usage

  • Please email us your feedback at amrdetailing2021@gmail.com – positive or negative.
  • We reserve the right to use photos of your vehicle for marketing on amrmobile.net and our social media.
  • No personal information will be displayed in these photos.

  1. Gift Certificates

  • Gift Certificates have a 48-hour holding period before use.
  • They:
    • Are valid for one-time use per vehicle.
    • Cannot be combined with other offers.
    • Must match or exceed the selected service value; additional costs may apply.
  • Extra fees may apply for:
    • Pet hair, biohazards, large vehicles, or excessive damage.
  • Certificates are non-refundable after 6 months of non-use.
  • If the redeemer is outside our service network, a refund will be issued to the original payer.

  1. Changes to This Agreement

  • AMR Detailing may update this agreement at any time.
  • Any changes will appear in this section.
  • We do not commit to updating materials regularly.
  • By using our services, you acknowledge that results are not guaranteed, and our liability is limited to the total value of your service.

  1. Agreement of Liability

By booking online, over the phone, or in person, you confirm the following:

I have read and understand the “AMR Detailing Terms and Conditions of Service.” I release AMR Detailing LLC, its staff, contractors, and representatives from liability for any personal injury or property damage. I waive my right to pursue legal action against AMR Detailing LLC related to services rendered.
